How long did you maintain that condition. From the pics you posted, i get the impression that you are the bulk/cut type. you show a different composition in every pic set.
What kind of training / supps / food is the best in your opinion?
Oh and yes, training natural IS a bitch.
I maintained that condition for 2 weeks ...once I got there ...
training is best IMO with light /moderate weights and medium high volume depending on whether you juice or not ...
when clean, I train light and take plenty of time to recover , eat less, etc
when on juice , it's a diff ball game
no supps whatsoever as I consider them useless and totally unnecesarry
food ?
depending on what you want to achieve ...bulk, cut maintain etc
I try myself to eat healthy and I advise my clients to eat healthy first and that comes from the quality of the ingredients ...( I tell them where to buy stuff from, what brand, what market )
My hobby has been cooking for more than 10 years ..
