diet is pretty much the same all the time:
meal one: oatmeal packets raw (2-4 depending on day), protein shake, fish oil, peanut butter
meal two: usually something like stir fry chicken or steak, LOTS of veggies, brown rice
meal three: can tuna, 3 oatmeal packets
meal four: post workout shake: 2 scoops whey, 12 oz grape juice, creatine
meal five: some sort of meat, usually boiled chicken tenderloins and brown rice (if carbing up), green veggies
meal six: cottage cheese/mixed nuts...
supps: most GNC products.. creadrive, anabolic leucine, whey, arg, zma, vit c/e...
been consistent for 16 years.. it pays off. No need to juice ... unless you are competiting seriously..
