Hey stupid....if you go back an seek out my posts from last year, I clearly stated that I was training on a torn medial meniscus, grade one and two tears to my ACL and PCL. But with no excuses, I still managed to train for that show. Meniscus hasn't been repaired as of yet, but since you have a such a big mouth, maybe you'd like to come and get buried in a nice little workout? Since I'm only 26 years older than you, you shouls have no problem beating an "old man"...........right?

hmmmm yes, untill i saw posts of yours hidden down on alt. boards that were saying you were gonna ask me to pull some sled and video tape the event... $:-\$ coach said train..he might have some fucked up political views but hes a cool guy and i dont expect for there to be any problems between us.. me and you and alex23 however..sorry i dont do well with guys like you who try to be 'hardcore'..

He backed out when we said we were actually going to use our muscles in a functional way. Ever since then he's had a fit every time it comes up.

He doesn't realize Teh Coach trains "athletes" not bbers, Coach is going to ruin this kid.

I caved this year. I'm training two for the Nationals, one that should take the Heavies pretty easily.

Koloseum doesn't have the equipment I need to train athletes (real athletes, not bodybuilders)
