Really strange. I was leg pressing when at the botton suddenly a sharp pain on my left side. Felt like a lower rib folded over or something. Never had this before and was not going heavy (5 paltes a side) I was just getting deep smooth reps. Scared me off the leg press for a while. Now if working abs or even benching I feel it but it was a very minor injury. No more leg presses anyways. Pretty gay.
