o you honestly beleive you could have done that lift if your upper arm was locked in place and you had to actually do a real tricep extention?
I dont know? I dont even care. Its just an exercise I do almost every week and someone didnt believe me so I posted it. Bad form, not hitting the right muscle, and fake weights are just excuses as to why I can do it and you cant.
It is bad form but you CANNOT do that with good form (unless you can prove otherwise).
My triceps are wrecked from doing it as they are every week so how is it not effective?
The bar is most certainly 45lbs. Never seen a 7 foot bar that isnt unless its a hollow axle.
This exercise has helped me immensely with my overhead pressing. <<<that is all that matters.
Seriously though, please give them a try and prove me wrong.
