This thread is gonna spew more bullshit than the american government in a couple minutes... anyway here's my best lifts
Bench:a couple forced reps with an empty bar
Deads:45lb bar with a dime each side for a solid 7
Squats:45lb bar with a quarter each side for 4 reps ATG
I should also add that my bench and squat are shirted/suited lifts, but the deads are done without straps. I think deads are my best lift out of the three, but I try not to be a specialist.
