Bench - 150lbs dumbells for 15
Squat - I go up to 405 for 3 sets of 12
Deadlift -Stopped doing that a long time ago...

  Squat - 480 lbs for 2 reps - knees to the floor.

  Deadlift - 6 plates a side for 3 - I am really, really strong in this exercise.

I've never heard that related to squats. Are you sure "knees to the floor" isn't something you practice in the locker room?

Bodyweight @ 200lbs. lifted during same workout.
Deadlift: 400lbs.
Bench: 340 lbs.
Squat: 300 lbs.

At my "peak" I was benching 240''ish, Squatting 365 for a double, and Deadlifting 465 for a single. My bodyweight was around 185 at that time.

Right now I'm a 160 pound twink.

bench - 285 lbs for 5 reps
squat - 335 for 6 reps
dead - 485 for 1 rep

...

most ever (3 years ago at 230 lbs.)
bench - 365 for 1
squat - 365 for 6
dead - 545 for 1

my squats suck.

Don't get all uppity, I'm just asking a question.......obviously you can't say your back is hurt(which is most peoples excuse for not doing deads)  if you are really squatting 600+lbs.

4plates per side for 6-8 reps, I can do that and my squat and bench are nowhere near yours. :(

whats hard to understand is that u said "never tried before", which sounded like you had never done deadlifts before  :P

620 squat and 475 bench sounds quite high... very very high.

I don't squat 600lbs.  I squatted it once because friends wanted to see how high I could go.  I'll never do that shit again.  Prior to that the most I had done was 440 in highschool for one. to make the 1200 lbs club.

I'm a lazy, fat bastard now....I don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon.
