Bench - 610 lbs for 1 rep max during my saucing days - with lifting shirt. Squat - 480 lbs for 2 reps - knees to the floor. Deadlift - 6 plates a side for 3 - I am really, really strong in this exercise.SUCKMYMUSCLE

At my "peak" I was benching 240''ish, Squatting 365 for a double, and Deadlifting 465 for a single. My bodyweight was around 185 at that time.Right now I'm a 160 pound twink.

Here we go... I've never tried to max deadlift before whats hard to understand about that? I've done 4 plates on each side for 6-8 reps but I've never had the urge to max that out.
Don't get all uppity, I'm just asking a question.......obviously you can't say your back is hurt(which is most peoples excuse for not doing deads) if you are really squatting 600+lbs.4plates per side for 6-8 reps, I can do that and my squat and bench are nowhere near yours. Quit being a pussy and max your dead.
