2 cups of coffe a day with whole milk and sugar
stalk of brocollie and banan
1/2 cup of grape juice
celtic sea salt and water
some sips of lemon juic
some sips of V8
ill probably get some fish oil caps tommorrow to be on the safe side
what ive learned during this cold front of weather is that my body is staying warmer by not working out
working out depletes internal fat and essential fat 1st and formost because its readily used for energy at a higher percentage then fat on the outside of the body adipose tissue
last year i was getting VERY cold when dieting and with training HARD. doing both is non efficient. wich burns you out mentally with stress of diet with training HARD and causes extreme hunger because if you are dieting and training hard that is the ULTIMATE breakdown to the body and brain remember organs have fat too and there fat burns away when you train too hard when dieting , thus if you dont have internal fat, the hunger really goes up. thus the SURVIVAL instinct on the body makes you a SAVAGE for food
i should be alot more ripped than this from november 8th of last year , im pretty sure i can look atleast this good for getbig III but would need more time to get all the way ripped, because even when fasting it still comes of slowly

ive only done a few kicks and punches less than 30 of each and did one set of cleans with 155 for 15 reps as a strength test for me i just use all traps not really impressive but it does the job
