Most of these guys cant even walk a flight of stairs without gasping for breath, much less jog for 5 minutes.. Literally, its this sad. SO without hardly any endurance ability, i dont imagine they would be able to last longer than a few minutes at a time going at it in bed.No wonder there is so much g4p..
Probably need to take a break every 30 seconds to catch their breath, but at least they have 21 in. guns

If a pro bodybuilder can lift heavy weights for 45 minutes to an hour 4-6 days a week, I am sure that they can easily spend 5-30 minutes every day pleasing their ladies without needing oxygen hits.

They probably don't feel much up to sex during their depletion phase before contests, but other than that, don't see a problem.

Are you familiar with the terms "Anaerobic and Aerobic"? Apparently not...

One means "with oxygen" the other "without". Heavy db curls and bench presses are the same thing as running 3 minutes straight huh.

run a marathon? Im not asking for the impossible to happen.... Ronnie and Jay should start easy, maybe at least 2 minutes at first.

With the amount of test and other steriods they are taking before a contest I would assume that this is not the case.

So you are equating sex with running 3 minutes straight? Guess we know you lady isn't satisfied.

Most pros do some cardio, including Coleman. Sex doesn't take much aerobic ability. Per this web site, http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/169247/sex_as_exercise.html: "According to an article posted on the health and wellness site NHS Direct (www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk) statistics show that half an hour of sex can burn around 53 calories. That is the equivalent of running three minutes up and down the stairs, six minutes of tennis or seven minutes on an exercise bike." I think that virtually all the current pro bodybuilders can do 7 minutes on an exercise bike, so they can do 30 minutes on their woman.
