McCain is a great man and would be a solid leader. The problem is this - how do we know he'll be an independent man in the office, if he can't even run his own campaign? Rememeber that quote from an advisor "John Mccain does not always speak for the positions of the mccain campaign". That was weird.

Joe, Mccain is a hero who is letting himself be led down an obsolete negative path. He could get on TV tomorrow and call the Bush Presidency a bucket of shiit, and forbid any mention of Ayers and Wright, and deliver an economic plan that doesn't let rich people get the same hookups they got for the last 8 years (as his definitely does.) He'd win the election if he did this.

Instead, he'll keep calling obama a socialist, a communist, etc. he'll keep doing what the stringpullers say. And he won't win.

I could not agree more, I think his campaign staff was the kiss of death - not him. Palin is a disaster and the last straw, and it does appear she was forced on him, not his choice. I think he he kept his real positions and not flip flopped to cater to the "base", had run the campaign more to his own tastes, the polls would be way different.

Sorry but I call it as I see it. I am far from racist. I am sure I have more blacks friends than Goodrum does. He deserves not one ounce of respect from me or anyone else. I have had one black girlfriend in my life which is more than he has. The Douche, I mean Coach, fails to understand that when you file to run for president, a presidential exploratory committee is launched to investigate weather a person qualifies to run for the highest office... the government agencies like the CIA, FBI and Secrete Service to help with the investigation.... Coach doesnt realize that they most likely pulled his moms passport to see if she was out of the country then... they verified documents... Obama had to provide them with documents etc... This process takes weeks....

Obama doesnt have to supply that local judge with anything... hes already been found legal to run for president buy the Federal Exploratory committees...

Hawaii is a US State that Follows US Federal Laws. It has a population of 1.2 million. Thats alot bigger than "most major cities" there sint even 20 cities in the USA that are over a million in population...

If that's true he really did admitted to being guilty, its called JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT , now I'm not sure that the request for dismissal is enough to prevent it (Mr.Awesome lawyer should know that) but if I remember correctly you fail to appear in front of the court when you are being sued the court can and is required to give judgment by default.

It basically means that people can't just ignore whatever they want...kind of like what he did and need to prove to the court that the allegations against them are false.
