he could have went straight to mega doses and slin and in three years time anybody who goes straight to mega doses hard trianing and lots of food will beocme a monster... maybe if you know for a fact phil was only using minima amounts then you can say he has amazing genetics BUT you dont know.. phil could have average genetics...

anybody can have ANY genetics..

one guy might be 230 on 1 g while another might be 210 on 1 g... however if the 210 wants 230? take 2 g , if that dont work take 3g , 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 + slin + gh + whatever the fuck + t3 + even more of all of them

Sorry man, that's just not true.  Upping the dose does not equal more gains.  Genetics is a loose term people throw around, but the most important part of it is the genetic response to AAS.  Some guys who are big naturally may not necessarily respond well to AAS while some guys who are small naturally may have incredible response, and vice versa.

yes, more mg does equal better results. thats how it works.  and yes of course how well you respond matters. however everyone will respond to some degree. if you have a smal response youll need more, of course. but thats jus it, youill just need more.  and besides that point, the majority of guys who think they dont respond well just A) have fake or underdosed gear B) think thei diet is better than it is C) think their training is more intense than it is D) think that the doses other guys are using are less than they actually are

yeah, he created a bad ass body with all those drugs, the only problem was he never turned the key (trained) or put in any gas (ate)... the dude was a little fucking fairy and ate like a damn bird.. my mother trains harder than he did and all she does is she walks 20 mins every morning... mike zumpano said duchaine ate 1800 calories a day... what a joke.. duchaine is everyhting wrong with bodybuilding drugs... guys who think like him should be shot..

muscles grow because of stress not food

There is a study out there which showed the weightlifters consuming lower calories gained the same strength with less muscle growth. The weightlifters consuming a higher calorie diet experienced greater muscle growth with the same strength gain.
