today was bad...i went to work out and it went horrible...no passion, semi decent pump...very tired...i need to rest up and eat good this weekend...hopefully i will be back to pars on tuesday

i figured out its been 7 weeks of intesne training not missing a workouts...i have decided to go light weight all this week...and only works out 3 days a week...or do yall think i should not work out at all??? your opinions please

I learned the hard way to NOT neglect recovery and eat consistant or you burn out and experience what you did.It happnes , just relax up the carbs for a day get a good nights sleep and then hit it again, good luck.

yeah howard i usually train every other day just 4 days a week im real careful w/ too many set etc...past week work screwed me over w/ sleep and i just burned out-well it has been like 6 weeks of not missing workout andd going heavy so i am resting this week-i feel so exhausted right now thoughthank u i will use what u posted there
If you work Mon - Friday, try doing 2 workouts on the heavy body parts on sat and sun ( legs on sat and then back and abs on sunday) use tues and thur to work the rest.Good luck, pm me if want some feedback , Howard

cuz what i used to do doesnt seem to be working anymore as well...i like to question all the little things that intrigue me-there are guys on here that have been in the game for long time and i like to pick their brains...im also a worry wort-if anyhting confsues me im lazy and would prefer to ask rather than look it uo myself
