NW O suggest if you have pizza, count it as junk food and barf it up immediatly!  Drink some water so it will come out easier and wait no longer than 5 minutes, then you can count it as no meal.

It's not a myth. It's a deliberate con to get people to buy protein powder. It's impratical to eat six times a day without a few of those meals being in liquid form.

Really? So for the two years that I couldn't access protein powder or at times afford it, and I was eating not 6 but sometimes 7 and even 8 times a day (2 jobs extended how many meals I ate), was impossible?
