Hey guys,
Long time no talk for me here.  I am really curious to see if there are any other hockey players in here that train for hockey in the season.  I have looked long and hard, but have come up with very little for a good hockey workout routine.  I want one for speed, endurance, strength...the whole 9 yards really...
CAn anyone direct me to good links or maybe a setup that you are currently using?  That would be stellar.  Thanks guys
