Thats a very interesting and a good point you made there about Tendon strength Keith, and it makes sense, while no where @ your level back in the 1990s, i never had much problems at all with guys my size and bigger, as your said most huge BB types with huge arms etc.. don,t train there Tendons specifically and given the angles you pull on in arm wrestling this adds up, i just use to get off as fast as i could throwing as much shoulder, back etc into it from the off and keep the momentum going, You trained with Ray Mentzer!

...did you see Mike around back then? both those brothers must of had some of the most massive Forearms around back then, were they both as strong as they looked?
