1. Worthwhile war (Afghanistan) that the Commander in Chief with military experience basically abandoned to go to

2. A completely false war with absolutely nothing worthwhile about it (Iraq)

The Palestinians had a chance for peace but culturally they just couldn't let it happen. If there were no more settlements built, it would have seemed weakened their cause.

There's enough blame on all sides of the problem and it will never, ever... ever go away. We're wasting money there and our political system has been hijacked to ensure we spend there forever.
