I eat two smaller snack like meals usually 2.

Like a protein shake and nuts or peanut butter

or a chicken or steak salad or something like that, something on the lighter side.

Yeah I guess it's an acquired taste.  I tried regular snuff a couple of times but didn't like it getting stuck in my teeth, so I went with the skoal bandits, though doing the bandits is like a cigarette smoker smoking Parliaments or some lame 2nd rate brand ;D  Also tried some English-style snuff one time...you know, the kind you snort, like cocaine.  Nasty stuff.  Don't do much chew any more, though sometimes if I'm doing some yard work I'll put a mouthful in just for old times' sake.

check this out. i went to the doctor this morning for a routine checkup for work. before i went in i took a massive shit and it was green. so when i was at the office i told the doc to see if something was wrong with me.. he lol's and says "did you eat captin crunch for breakfest?"

i was like holy shit, yeah i did. he said its the food coloring they use.

try a whole food smoothie: 6-8 raw eggs, some frozen berries, a bit of unheated honey, some extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil, and I like to throw in some unpasteurized butter.  Blend and enjoy the smooth raw deliciousness.
