Usually in WPC you've got 2-3 grams of fat & 2-3 grams of carbs.

vanilla powder, seriously, they do to cocaine what they do to whey too. they mix it up to get more. pure whey can only be found in the mountains of austria near berchtesgaden.

The rest is carbs (lactose), fat, mosture, ash (a.k.a. minerals), artificial flavors, additives and presevatives. 

The highest concentrated whey protein isolate commercially available is WPI-97 which is 97% protein by weight. I'm aware of no protein on store shelves that uses only WPI-97 entirely, they blend it with less concentrated sources to reduce costs. Davisco Foods makes most of the WPI-97 sold to supplement companies. http://www.daviscofoods.com
