That sort of Training is great for your heart (cardiovascular system) getting ready for football season

not so sure id train that way for a bodybuilding contest tho (and the Nationals at that!)

just my opinion tho

feel bad for the kid...atleast he will be in shape to try out for football camp somewhere

He will never turn pro. He can't get his diet down in the OFFSEASON. If you bulk up like a hog, most people can't get into shape for competition in time.

I don't see him making any upsets at Nationals.

I love the way he thinks that by getting his guy to do a particular chest movement in a slightly different way it somehow makes a massive difference to his chest development....
