HAHA as par a few pms and discussions I've had with people both over the phone and online here.. i'm curious to see how many people actually take lifting seriously.  It's a little bet I've got going on with a buddy of mine. I myself for example have been around for awhile and have progressed from a shitty 500lb deadlift to almost 7 hundo in the time spent here... and have since become a sponsored competitive athlete during that time.  I've been picked up via atlarge nutrition, and APT prowriststraps for lifting gear.  I know pegg, squad used to, a few of us on the training board, the new mr. get big AVESHER ;D, and the hand full of pro's and competitors here but, other than that,  what do you guys think the percentage is to lifters vs. bullshitters here?   ;D

i mean really though.. now many people here do it consistently?  I know places like wannabebig.com, planetrage.com, etc are all lifters that bullshit.

I say 25% of getbig are lifters and the rest bullshitters  ;D ;D

wether it's dedicated a few hours a week to it or being a pro bodybuilder.  I was looking at how many hours some people have log'd onto here and it started the conversation with a few people that turned into a friendly wager

They are here to worship, or they're the type who'll go to the gym twice a month and bullshit. You know the type, delusional, wears wife beaters, thinks eating low fat mayo is dieting.

just making sure people get a chance to take advantage of it before the sale is over due to it's short sale availability. I've contended with quite a few pms lately asking about more details and product information which is exactly what it's supposed to do.

DUDE! alot of worship and "outtings" have gone on in the ol' GO lately.. more so than in years past too. Influx of people turning their own knobs to come out of the closet?  that is unless "sevatese" finds them first ;D

hey doin work is doing work brutha.. with 168 hours in aweek... there's no way people can't find at least 2 or 3 to dedicate time to the gym. This is exactly what i explain to prospective PT clients and they seem to feel even lazier looking at it that way.

or one of those door jam pullup bar things.. that way when it finally gives out and you break y our shit when it crashes down, you'll be big enough to cushion your fall .  ;D

Was just talking to my oldest daughter last week. I'm severely behind on Bleach Anime and Manga, nearly 2 months. Haven't even seen Diamond dust revolution yet. In a month or two things will slow down some and I'll catch up.

I would say the % on this particular board are considerably lower than a normal bodybuilidng board as this board is one of the few that doesn't boot out obvious trolls and jealous types who can't pack on an ounce of muscle with all the roids in the world and come here to spew their hatred at the people who can. 

Average bodybuilding board 60% somewhat-very serious

other boards like to sugar coat themselves and pretend they are all hard trainers serious eaters and have great physiques

I'm training 3-4 times a week for the last 11 years. Had my ups and down.
I'm 100% consistent with tha booze and tha burgerking though.

Watch what I eat but don't follow a strict diet,
just barely have any junk food and try eat a clean healthy diet with good protein.
