I doubt there is many of us when flicking through the tv channels dont stop to watch PLing or strongman comps.

  Clearly this is but another post between a guy who will never be big and a guy that chooses to be a powerlifter.  (No offense Sev)  Different strokes for different folks.  As far as the haters questions.  "what good is lifting a lot when you look like shit?"  You know you are impressed when you see these guys hittin 4,5,6 plates in the gym and then you look at your measly 185-225 for 3-4 reps (and start crying inside) and say "who cares, he looks like shit".  LOL!

Its all in fun. In all honesty, I dont know if I could care less what sevastase thinks, or says. But you can just feel the hate and anger in his posts. HE REALLY CARES. It seriously matters to him. And that is where the fun begins.

Glenn Ross is recogniseable by 90% of people. Does lots of charity work on tv programmes, cameos adverts and films. He is well known.

Belfast is geographically a small city but for years had a huge amount of gyms, people were at one time very much into weight training.

Also being so close to England we receive a lot of their tv channels and vice versa so we get Britains strongest man. Glenn Ross also ran UK's strongest man a few months back.

No bigger than anywhere else i dont really think but its always shown on tv and getting much more popular with up and coming strongmen like James Fennelly and Brian Irwin
