Only one large solid meal, that's right. It doesn't work without caloric restriction of course.

mh i eat under 2000kcal and do cardio to achieve my goal
3 meals a day

It was 2000cals for me too (daily avarage over the week), my maintenance is about 2500 cals. If you have an easier time eating 3 times a day, that's fine of course. I have an easier time if I can stuff myself once a day with whatever I want. Additionally, I sipp on a whey shake during the day to ensure enough protein intake.

i couln't eat only once a day...if you eat food with a small amount of kcal you don't feel that hungry cause you can eat more

Not my experience. I might feel "stuffed" on brocoli and boiled fish, but that's like being stuffed with water, not really satisfying. When I was on a diet with 5 or 6 meals, I was constantly hungry. Plus it's saves time to only eat once and you can go out for lunch with your friends or coworkers like a normal human being.
