right now i use 60 % whey hydrosylate 20% leucine 20% creatine monohydrate

i always add in extra leucine though, no matter what the mix is


and i combine it with their dextrose

I use the Team Skip Blend. Also purchase the proteins individual and mix them myself, but that is what I buy.Discount codes are awesome, Ive gotten about 32lbs free so far.

yep, high shipping cost is what keeps me from buying there, i usually buy from other websites several bags of carbs and protein and mix myself, many websites offer free shipping when you buy for more then $150 or so

actually...i compared their cost for 3lbs w/shipping vs a sugar filled protein blend from gnc and i saved a couple doing ups ground with TP w/ no sweetners and artif

The only time my business partner and I have ever threatened anyone with a collections agency is when a Nutritional company we made products for went 9 months without paying a 12 thousand dollar bill and then went bankrupt and left us high and dry........my operations manager Carl, my Trueprotein manager John, my business partner Doug and myself would never make a threat like that over 10 bucks......
