Have a look at this rear delt exercise at 5 mins 10 sec as explained by Chris Cook.

It is  very effective but little used .

He's good at explaining the exercises and adding in important nuances that make a difference.

The thing about rear delts is that they're easy to hit already, in fact i just rely on certain types of rowing motions for them and don't even do anything specific.

On the other hand IF you care about rear delts it's worth trying, as each exercise has the potential of adding something nothing else does. It reminds me of the classic, which is the first one he does but on a flat bench. Better than the incline version is the same motion on a decline, IMO in terms of rear delts.

Actually most any wide grip row (BB,DB or Cable) hits the rear delt very well. That is, if you keep the BB/DB in line with the shoulders area through out and the elbows out wide. Even standing wide grip Hi-pulls affect this region, BB or DB. Including a few sets of a wider grip, in a normal back workout, can make a lot of difference. Just me, but I prefer doing one arm at a time DB work. Seem to get better focus on the side that is working.

For a lot of guy's the most effected rear delt exercise is on a Pec Deck, where the elbows are on the pads. Gves more direct effort, and leverage, to the rear delts. Keep elbows high and inline with the shoulders.

Good video, Cook gives ease of instruction. The lying bench exercise (5min, etc) has been around for awhile. Some do it on just on a floor mat. Excellent point he makes is that you do not have to raise the DB all the way up.

Can work the lateral head of the delts this way (bench or floor) by starting the raise with the DB lying in front of the body. Than lift it to about 3/4's of the way up and than lower it behind the body, all the way down. Now raise from behind the back to the 3/4's mark and lower to the front starting position again. That is one rep. Nice results for some. Good Luck.

Why does he seem to be so out of breath? He's just swinging his arms and getting up and off the bench.

Maybe he seems out of breath because he is a little nervous, looks like it. It's either public speaking or fear of falling (can not remember which) that is the number one fear of people in America.

The bad reason of being out of breath is that he is a major BB'ing druggie. Hope not, comes across as not but than again, who knows?.

Saw a major Pro trying to catch his breath (twice) by just walking across the gym parking lot to get into his bud's SUV. This was around Encinitas, SoCal. He was getting ready for a show a few years ago. Hint: wonder if he gets winded paddling up the Nile? Saw another really short stuff Aussie Pro (about 270-280 and blotted at the time) who just about hurled up his cookies after a light set of lateral raises, right on the gym floor. He was also out of breath and his face beet red even before the workout. His girl friend had a towel set for a mop up. Also had a strange looking tat boy hanging around him. Not his main spotter, I would guess. People lift weight for health, right?
