I doubt he will ever get his pro card with his legs, an unfortunate truth that the big guy is sadly unwilling to accept.  His upper body is definetly pro level, but if he hasnt been able to get his legs to grow by now I doubt they ever will.

BSA should focus on getting some small movie roles, there are always roles for big black guys in movies, and BSA has kind of a marketable look.  Im sure he would make a lot more money.
