AC, there is nothing scientific about recommending to someone that they eat McDonald's. There was a post some time ago that Adam said he ate ice cream for dinner. He said and I quote "what's wrong with ice cream for dinner?" I asked him what was right with it and he ignored me.
weight loss is not rocket science (most of the time)
consume less calories than you need and you'll lose weight
that's what the Adonis principles are
it's common sense and it does work, I gotta admit I have done that too

I was never good with eating a good diet, I just ate what I wanted

I really don't see things wrong with it, eat the foods you like, just eat less of them, granted it's not the general bodybuilding diet that we're used to
but it's something people can stick to and it does work
but when I get down to about 10% bodyfat, my body just can't STICK to those methods, I cheat alot
this is why I need to restrict myself, cuz I will 100% binge if I don't
