Lazy bodybuilders ???

Many people have this misconception that bodybuilders are lazy .

Me, Johnny Falcon and Jim Quinn are living proof that real manly men are not afraid of hard work !

I'll post this video and I'm sure Johnny will contribute w/ some pix as he is the painter extraordinaire and any annunaki construction company would be proud to having us on their payroll....

I'm thinking of opening a winter camp in an "EXOTIC" location, 600 for a week.. .. fresh air, old school, no machines and fancy equipment .

Guaranteed you'll lose some fat and build some muscle .

Acommodations are "bring your own " sleeping bag , all toghether in the gymnasium.

Bonus : a tour of the real HOOD : " rough neioghbourhoods in Galati Romania "

Yes ... However...why pay somebody when I can do it myself ? Instead of sitting at home wanking..I get my ass up and haul rocks ...I also make and poor concrete ...

It's actually tricky...The club is set up in such a way that you have no access to the back of the club ( where we build ) with heavy equipment .. The club is inside practically a Botanical Garden .. So we gotta use wheelbarrows to bring in everything and also to carry out shit ... And as long as I can do this I'll keep on doing it :)

That movie is based in Czech republic I think .

Romania is 2 countries to the east of there ;) (

I'd love to visit Romania. One friend lives there and another good friend (Vlad) is from Romania as well.

It's just a matter of time and figuring out when the 10 days of warm weather (80+) they have per year, LOL!

Of course it's always best to do it yourself. Also the only way to ensure it's done properly. :)

We have mediteraneean climate dude.

This meansthat it's beautifull starting with april-early may and it's warm until late october ;)
