Not yet but I'm taking it slow.I'm fine upside down but when I get off it I get dizzy :-\
I would think that would be pretty normal for being upside down for a few minutes...let us know if you get any results from it

i used to get that to not really a shooting pain but a constant pain under my right shoulder blade, regular adjustments helped so did stretching.

Migs, have you tried getting a deep tissue massage?  Tell the MS about your shoulder and back....I think you might see some improvement.   Maybe try to get one once a week or so.  Also, check out 240's Active Release Therapy threads.  I don't know much about it but it seems to have merit.

I am thinking about looking into it.  however money is an issue.  I just spent $300 on a heart stress test that i told them i didn't need, turns out i was right but broke.

!  Well I'm glad your results must have been good!

I think a table is around $300.  That will buy you 3 or 4 massages.  I don't know if a table will help you but I think a massage will...maybe you could try one massage and see it if helps?

I'm over the whole dizziness that I had when I first started using it and now I hang for 15 minutes 3-5 days a week.gotta say that it does help :) my back feels much better.not that it was really bad but it use to get stiff alot, especially in the morning.I don't get that anymore so I'm happy.

...the only problem that I have is that when I'm hanging upside down my cats use my head as a punching bag :(
