so i been watching alot of jay cutler videos lately. I noticed how he eats only steel cut oats. He fuking praises them...everything is steel cut oats for carbs...So, me being naive, i went to go buy them. I thought..shit maybe my muscles are gonna be fuller, longer lasting complex energy, and hopefully look like jay cutler(not)...
They were fukin 10 dollars a can...i usually buy my oats at a dollar market for 90 cents. SO MY HATE BEGAN....this morning, i woke and it was my high carb day...it usually takes me about 10 mins to cook my breakfast and go....I wake up, put 2 cups of oatmeal in a bowl, put a lil water, and microvawe it for a minute, all this while eating my 5 eggs in a rush because of work. OATMEAL TIME....I ALMOST THREW UP!!! they werent cooked....so i put another minute...STILL TASTE LIKE SHIT....another ,, then another, NOTHING IS HAPPENNING!!! ...worst part of all, I was hoping to have at least 5 carb meals set up for the day, all being oatmeal. so im at work, bored, with no carbs ON MY HIGH CARB DAY........FUK U JAY CUTLER ITS UR FAULT
I HATE U..MY WORKOUTS ARE GONNA BLOW
