Your best lifts relative to your bodyweight
« on: November 21, 2008, 12:53:31 PM »
Let's hear em. I'm talking full body weight, not lean body mass.

Mine are:
Squat: 2.0 x BW (374llbs @ 185lbs)
Bench: 1.4 x BW (264lbs @ 185lbs)
Deads: 1.9 x BW (352lbs @ 185lbs)

If you want, you can also include your status at that time (natural / juiced).

I have never maxed out on all 3 lifts.

My dips are pretty good.

At 100kg i repped 80kg for 4 pre exhausted

just post them up anyway with rep count
80kg on the dips is pretty amazing, highest I ever went was 40kg

Cheat Curl: (slight cheat, very slow negative)135-10 at 170 pounds and 155-5 years ago at 155 bdywt.

Currently 53 years old and did seated alternate db curls for 5 reps with the 65`s in pretty decent form.

Do you do yours with the bench at a slightly below shoulder press incline?  If you know what I mean.

Never maxed but at 180ish weight:
Bench: 265 X 8
Deads:355 x 6 and should improve that this week hopefully
Haven't squatted in forever (use leg press or hack now)

Do you know the type I'm talking about?  It keeps me from trying to use as much momentum.

65's are very strong with good form.
