Turned 46 today- took a photo

Getting up there, but I thought I'd check out my smooth 5'9" 200 pound shape with a photo. Definitely need to lose a few. But considering I haven't done any HRT or anything, I feel my natural test levels are holding up ok for an older guy.

Was a real estate investor for about 10 years, now I just trade Commodoties and  Forex currencies from home.

I went in about 4 shows in the 80's, mainly local stuff.  Decided I didn't want to get into the steroid scene so I stopped in 86. Then in the early 90's, I went into  3 Natural shows. Haven't competed since 1995 and don't plan to. Just like to keep training hard for myself, but I haven't really been lean for many years so I'm just trying to get in good shape again.
