Who is not drinking any alcohol during the holidays because alcohol is bad for you and not drinking it can give you a longer but vastly less enjoyable life?
I don't because I tend to fall a lot and glass would break. Tupperware, here! At dinner I usually eat 6 to 9 cups of cooked rice along with a half to a whole chicken and maybe a can or two of green beans or sweet corn. That is when I am able to train I eat that for dinner every day. Have not done that in quite some time now.
