I'm going to eat a lot and have many glasses of red wine.May even have desert.Only thing I'm annoyed about is the gym being closed. They should at least be open half a day.
Blasphemy !!! I'm assuming when you say "a lot" Doc, that it will not exceed you caloric intake that your guru has provided and by "red wine" you mean raspberry crystal light....
I probably get around 6K cal/day anyways.By "a lot" I specifically mean eating turkey, prime rib and whatever else they have until almost passing out and using red wine to fill any space not taken up by food. Will still have normal breakfast, lunch and protein shake before bed.Forget about gay shit like crystal light or watered down beer.
lovely pic flexington.but whats the point of bringing "bodybuilding" food with you since turkey and all that crap is loaded with protein? thank god im not into that tupperware hardcore bodybuilding flex magazine bullcrap anymore.
I've already layed out my outfit, i'm so excited. I have my work boots and sunglasses as well as my fanny pack filled with protein bars, and lumberjack shirt. I'm torn between daisy dukes and my American flag baggy pants. The cutoffs will show the table my titanic quads and christmas hams, but the weather up here is pretty cold. Mom makes me take my beanie off at the table though.
Only the best...
Doc, you are breaking all the principles. You know you should shun all that great food and stick to broiled chicken breasts and brown rice. Only sipping on water. That is the true bb lifestyle.
hahahaha, "don't forget the gravy!"
LOL!Like most of the wannabes doing stuff like that are prepping for shows or are in such awesome shape that one bad meal is going to make them spill over, LOL!
Pfffffffffffft....wannabes. You will never achieve ultra-hardcore conditioning with an attitude like that. Take note of some of the suggestions here in this thread and you will potentially achieve greatness.
I shall achieve greatness in meal and drink.
Hardly....no guru....no greatnessno sodium depleting....no greatnessno leucine infused double filtered ion exchanged whey protein....no greatness
You take the $12 trophy, I'll enjoy dinner. Someone who spends 5-6 hours/week working out probably isn't going to be harmed by one or two extra meals in a day. I'm not restricting calories for any specific reason and have a pretty clean diet which doesn't include junk food like McDonalds, pastries, soda and so on.
you're acting like you've never gotten up on stage in pursuit of a trophy, "doc".
Your non-chalant approach to this lifestyle sickens me. I will try to incorporate this into my interpretive posing routine I am planning on doing Thursday. My choreographer is going to have to work overtime....but it will be worth it. Why can't you get with the program. SACRIFICE WITH YOUR IRON BRETHREN!!!
what about the weight belt, Igloo cooler and jug 'o protein?
No offense Doc, but you sound like a loser. Here's a little something to help steer you to the right path Animal baby - ANIMAL!
