I have no idea. Keep in mind this is a bodybuilding site and for most (not all) anything outside of a bench press, squat or curl is out of the norm.
This is strength training. It isn't bodybuilding, but would work for that to a degree. It will get you bigger, but essentially it's
strength training, and there's no reason it wouldn't work for that and every reason it would.
There is nothing strange about what I see there.
