well you should do all those things and then you'd have a physique comparable to Jay Cutler if you think it's that easy to look like a pro, what's holding you back?
thats a hard one to answer, things happen in everyday life that distracts me and probably most weekend bodybuilders , university, jobs, women, friends, money, getbig, laziness, greed, age, injuries, etc
i'm 30 now, its not old but i odnt; have as much energy as i had when i was younger.
hell when i was 17-23 i worked out 5 days a week 2-3 house at a time, but i burnt out.
if only i knew then what i know now i have no doubts i would be a bigger beast than i am currently.
saying that, i have the size, its the cuts i struggle with. i just can't resist good food.
