250 at the moment 5'9/15-16%.

Money is tight around my house, but I sponsor a few kids in africa.  I also go speak a few times a year at the methodist children's home in atlanta.  I was adopted out of there, and I feel the need to go and let the kids know that there is hope....

I buy all my workout gear at Salvation Army thrift stores, you guys should give it a shot, awsome worn out sweatshirts (champion, hanes) I actually came across an IOU sweatshirt today, I almost bought it lol..anyway thats my donation to charity. XFactor good shit man glad to see that you are giving back and helpin kids out!

I use to get some good shit from second hand stores. As a matter of fact, as soon as I get back to the States I'll have to make my rounds to all the good second hand places/thrift stores in Atlanta.  No joke.

I buy supplements and support the sport... a lot of bodybuilders out there that struggle and have nothing but a sponsor contract, because of people like me supporting the sport they can put proteinshakes on the table and their kids wont go hungry.
