he must have gained the bodyfat in 2 months because as of September 25, 2007 he was 16% bf.
3 months later he was 25% after having dieted a month.
he claims to be the most honest getbigger so he must have gained that bf in a couple months
I do enjoying learning new vocabulary, so do elucidate. Assuming you are referring to my fat, at 16% I am by get big standards obese but am on a diet to get down to 10 or 9.
I took umbrage rather at the fact that you would mock people who were paralysed and would find humour in mocking a person confined to a wheel chair.
I started lifting when I was 25. I am 30 now. Up until 25 I hadn't done a lick of sport in my whole life and at 5'8" and 220lbs was obese and very unhealthy. Considering these factors I think I have made decent progress. A month ago I began a diet; I plan on sticking with it as long as I need to until I get the results I want. I want to get down to 10% body fat. I have never seen my abs before so hopefully by then I will be able to see them. At the moment I am at least 25%, I think, maybe more. How much body fat am I carrying would you estimate? These were taken a week ago.
