First time I trained him and I was pushing him fast through the workout, I have my hands on the bar as I dont know if hes going to fail and if he drops I can push the bar forward in the open cage.

I dont know how long you've been working out, or even if you do work out, but whatever time and money you have spent on it, it is clearly wasted. Please tell me you do something else in life besides make youtube videos of your charles glass impersonations, and good lord don't tell me these people actually pay you to train them. They are being misled, misdirected, and misinformed by a 250 lb beer gut stuck up know it all dumbass.
