everyone used to rip into MoS because we thought he was bullshitting about his gym lifts and how big he was and whatever else. seemed like a classic case of an e-warrior. myself included.

then he put up his pictures and there was a collective "mother FUCKER" from the audience, because we were all pissed off that he was telling the truth. sumbitch with his arms bigger than his head.  >:(

i have reached a point in my training career where i just want to help others achieve stunning results and not waste time with pointless bullshit.
i have built an amazing drug-free  physique that will no doubt be accused of steroid use but i can take immense satisfaction from knowing that I am 100% lifetime natural.
