DW, in all honesty, you probably got a piece of debris in there that floated in, at work.
It got infected and is causing you issues.
Worst case, go see a doc, he'll look in your ear, tell you the object, and suck it out and give you antibiotics.
Or, if you can't see doc (you should but many don't), then "get" some antibiotics and take them, but don't mix them with other drugs or your heart may fail (ephedrine comes to mind as interacting negatively with some antibios).
You have an infection man - get it fixed before it causes you to catch something bad.
