If you can get hold of a testosterone (eg Sustanon) and then take that stacked with an oral such as dbol, and train hard, eat well, you will very likely get really huge muscle gains with fat reducing naturally. Just monitor it over the period of your cycle, and aim to get it down slowly. If needed, you could add in 15-20 mins cardio before some of your workouts (its both a good warm-up, and a good way to lean up).
