It could be real because the photographer, who has an unblemished reputation has indicated that the photo is from a scan of the original negative. To make no mention of the fact that there is really no point or logic in coming out with an altered pic so many years after Dorian's career ended. I highly doubt that Dorian would approve of such a tactic anyway. While others were using synthol and implants, Dorian remained committed to hard work and dedication without opting for such chicken shit shortcuts. In light of him being the type of individual he is, do you really think he would consent to an altered pic being released? Not bloody likely. Face it, it's real and you can't handle it because it threatens your hero worship of Big Bubba. If you want to scream photoshop, prove it, or button it.
The pic with the black background is blatantly photoshopped around the waist. Look at the gap between his quad and his hand, perfectly straight, and different to the other pic.
