i never seen the hype in creatine, i tried it when i was new to lifting and didn't see much effect. I might give it another go with some legit stuff
all water retention...it doesnt even build that much muscle mass...and as soon as you stop...the illusion disapear and not much left.
as for robert, if you dont even have water retention/bloat, it means you re even more screwed.
gives you an edge but not so effective in the end. It gives you the impression of being effective more than it is.
I hapened to understand than training naturally without creatine and with a better mastering of your diet /rest/schedule adds more real muscle mass even if takes long.
At least it doesnt disapear quickly... it's no fake water retention...
