Need some help here from someone knowledgeable but definitely not radical.
I'm trying to set up a high protein, low cal, low fat diet with only three (3) meals a day with the daily calories totaling !,500 or less.
Can anyone provide the optimum diet that would provide the highest amount of protein and minimal caloric intake?
Presently worked up a diet consisting of 1,420 total calories, 125.2 carbs, and 102 grams of protein spread over the three meals.
Would like to increase the protein count with little or no additions to the calories.
Any better suggestions for one day's three meals?
