In the positive section King Kamali claimed 585x6 on flat bench ...Maybe I'm not doin the math right but he benches 90 lbs more than Coleman for 1 extra rep ??????????

in bfto he was doing smith machine military presses and he had a spotter for 225 on a smith machine

Worst genetics for arms I have ever seen. Milos has better arms than Kamali.

BTW, he looked better in 1984 than he did in 1988.  :-X

I do have to say that he DID make some sick improvements from 1988 to 1991, but again, he looked better in 1991 than he did in 2001.

To me, Kamali is like Cutler. HORRIBLE genetics for bodybuilding, YET, they both didn't let that stop them, even though it should have.

He probably did it in the style that he trains in. I know it is loose with spotters, and I want to say not full range.
