squats are a funny exercise...some guys can't even do 200 lbs the first time they try...I was able to do 3 plates a side the first time i tried for reps in my early/mid teens, same with deads.  unfortunatly my pressing I had to work alot harder on  >:(

I had a buddy in highschool who could bench 365 no problem yet struggled with 2 plats on squats...

Also only way 375 bends on a bar is if i bounce it up and down on my traps.

Either way we have pur cast iron bars in my gym that dont bend with over 600lbs on them believe it or not.

depends on fast you descend but if 375-405 is making a bar "bend" you have a VERY shabbily made bar, that weight is nothing for squats.
