respectable weight to be using in specific exercises for 8 reps. These targets are designed for natural weightlifters. Feel free to add your opinion if you think there is an error or if you want to add more exercises.

If you can't get to your natural limit of muscle size with these weights then you might aswell stop there because any heavier is just gonna put you at risk of injury.
Bench Press - 315x8
Squat - 405x8
Deadlift - 495x8
Dumbell Biceps Curl - 65lbs each handx8
Dumbell Shoulder Press - 100lbs each handx8
