I would stop flat benching all together and just do incline and overhead pressing. Where is a flat bench going to get you?
Though the problem with your bench probably lies in your form.
Iv only just started back on it after a couple years away from it

I lower slowly to nipple line(highest point) pause and push back up so the bar travels like an half "S" and at the top its over my eyes.
This is how a bodybuilder should use this exercise not use the shortest range of motion from point A to Point B..as a BB I prob shouldnt care how much weight I use but hey every one wants a decent bench..
