Any piece of equipment especially that one you have to try first before buying. Get on the company site or call them and find a store that carries it, take a good amount of time and have a short workout or two on it before buying.

They just put one of those in my gym about two months ago. Never tried it but see people doing quite a bit of weight on it. Another machine where the person has trouble loading a 45 on it but has no problem repping out with it. Most machines are a waste of time the way I see it.
