I thought he had peaked a couple of years ago but he just keeps getting bigger and the off-season conditioning is getting leaner all the time. He is more freaky than someone like Branch Warren IMO (saw them both at the same time a few weeks back). Have trained in the same gyms as him over the years.
He's currently eating 1000 grams of protein a day, along with about 200 grams of fat and about 150 grams of carbs. An hour of cardio each morning and this is not knowing when he'll compete next. He also said he can be ready in 2 weeks if he has to. Don't know if he mentioned this in these vids.
